MIXIE Limited Warranty
OVORA provides two levels of limited warranty coverage for eligible Mixie products:
Standard Warranty: twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. No registration is required.
Extended Warranty (the "MIXIE 2-Year Extended Limited Warranty"): coverage extended to twenty-four (24) months from the original purchase date when the Mixie is registered through the OVORA Warranty Center within 60 days of the original purchase date. Registration is not automatic.
This warranty applies to authentic OVORA Mixie Mini Vortex Mixers that are purchased new from OVORA's official storefront on Amazon in the United States, or from another channel that OVORA authorizes in writing (each, an "Authorized Channel"), by the original purchaser or by a person who receives the Mixie as a gift directly from the original purchaser (a "gift recipient"), and that are used in the United States.
This warranty is separate from and does not eliminate any non-waivable rights or remedies that may be available under Amazon policies, applicable state law, or other applicable consumer-protection law. In this warranty, "User Manual" and "Quick Start Guide" mean the printed documents included in the Mixie package.
1. Warranty Period
Standard Warranty. For an eligible product, OVORA provides limited warranty coverage for twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. Registration is not required.
Extended Warranty. For an eligible product that is properly registered within the required 60-day registration period, OVORA extends the limited warranty coverage to twenty-four (24) months from the original purchase date. The Extended Warranty provides the same coverage as the Standard Warranty for the longer period.
The warranty period does not restart or extend because a product is inspected, repaired, or replaced, unless required by applicable law. A replacement product will be covered for the remainder of the original applicable warranty period, or for any additional period required by law.
2. Eligibility and Registration
Who is covered. This warranty covers the original purchaser and a gift recipient. It is not transferable to anyone who acquires a Mixie second-hand or through resale. Products purchased from sellers that are not Authorized Channels, including third-party sellers on Amazon or other marketplaces, are not covered unless OVORA approves coverage in writing.
Registration for the Extended Warranty. To qualify for the Extended Warranty, the original purchaser or gift recipient must complete registration through the OVORA Warranty Center within 60 days of the original purchase date.
Registration must include: a valid Mixie serial number; the accurate name and email address of the person registering; the Amazon order number for the original purchase (a gift recipient should ask the buyer for the order number and purchase date) or other approved proof-of-purchase information; the original purchase date; and the country where the Mixie will be used.
OVORA may require a receipt, invoice, Amazon order record, or other reasonable proof of purchase before approving warranty service. Registrations submitted more than 60 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for the Extended Warranty unless OVORA approves an exception in writing or applicable law requires otherwise. A late registration does not affect the Standard Warranty.
Use outside the United States. This warranty applies to Mixie units used in the United States. If a registration lists a country other than the United States, OVORA will review it and may, in its discretion, approve coverage in writing.
Each serial number may have only one active warranty registration at a time. Registration does not validate counterfeit, altered, duplicated, stolen, fabricated, or otherwise ineligible serial numbers.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the Mixie to fail to operate substantially as intended under normal intended use during the applicable warranty period.
Coverage applies to the OVORA Mixie unit and, where applicable, original components supplied with the product that OVORA determines to be defective under covered conditions.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This limited warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or loss resulting from: misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, impact, dropping, excessive force, or improper storage; liquid intrusion, immersion, pouring liquid directly onto the product, or cleaning contrary to the User Manual; unauthorized disassembly, modification, tampering, repair, or servicing; use with an incompatible, unauthorized, damaged, or improper power supply or electrical conditions outside the specified requirements; use contrary to the Quick Start Guide, User Manual, safety instructions, or product specifications; cosmetic wear, scratches, discoloration, surface marks, or ordinary aging that does not materially affect normal operation; loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery that is not caused by OVORA or its authorized service provider; use with oversized, incompatible, unsafe, hazardous, corrosive, explosive, highly reactive, hardened, heavily clumped, or otherwise unsuitable materials or containers; use for food, beverages, medication preparation, injections, clinical specimens, medical diagnostics, or other prohibited applications; damage caused by third-party containers, liquids, adhesives, pigments, inks, paints, polish, or other materials; products whose serial number has been removed, altered, obscured, duplicated, or cannot reasonably be verified; and consumable or separately purchased accessories, unless otherwise stated by OVORA or required by law.
5. Product and Material Compatibility
Mixie is intended for compatible small-volume liquids and containers within the product's specified operating limits. Performance may vary based on container shape, diameter, contact area, fill level, viscosity, liquid condition, and material characteristics.
Users are responsible for following the container and material manufacturer's instructions regarding handling, storage, preparation, mixing, compatibility, and safe use.
OVORA does not warrant or guarantee the performance, composition, shelf life, safety, bonding performance, lash retention, client retention, service outcome, color result, or other performance of any third-party adhesive, pigment, polish, ink, paint, liquid, container, or material used with Mixie.
6. How to Request Warranty Service
Before requesting warranty service, review the printed User Manual and Quick Start Guide included with your Mixie, along with the FAQ and How to Use pages at meetovora.com. If the issue continues, contact support@meetovora.com and be prepared to provide: your Mixie serial number; Amazon order number or other reasonable proof of purchase; purchase date; a clear description of the issue; and photographs or a short video where reasonably necessary to diagnose the issue.
DO NOT SHIP OR RETURN A MIXIE UNLESS OVORA SUPPORT INSTRUCTS YOU TO DO SO.
OVORA may request additional information reasonably necessary to diagnose the problem, confirm product identity, confirm warranty eligibility, or determine the appropriate remedy.
7. Warranty Remedy
If OVORA determines that a valid covered defect exists, OVORA may, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, repair the product, replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law.
Replacement products or components may be new or functionally equivalent where permitted by law. Color availability cannot be guaranteed for replacement units. If the original color is unavailable, OVORA may offer another available color or equivalent configuration.
OVORA may require return of the original product before providing a replacement. A replaced product may be deactivated in OVORA's warranty records and may become ineligible for additional claims under the original serial number once replacement is completed, except as required by law.
8. Shipping and Return Costs
For an approved warranty claim within the United States, OVORA will determine whether return of the product is required.
If OVORA requires a return, OVORA will provide return instructions and will advise whether a prepaid return label is provided. Do not use an unauthorized shipping method or incur return-shipping costs without prior OVORA approval.
For an approved replacement, OVORA will cover reasonable standard outbound shipping of the replacement product to an eligible United States address.
Expedited shipping, international forwarding, duties, taxes, unauthorized return shipping, or other shipping costs incurred without prior OVORA approval are not covered unless required by applicable law.
9. Authenticity, Resale, and Fraud Prevention
This warranty applies only to authentic OVORA products that can reasonably be verified through OVORA's serial-number and purchase records.
OVORA may deny warranty coverage where it reasonably determines that a product is counterfeit, a serial number has been altered or duplicated, purchase information has been falsified, the product was not purchased from an Authorized Channel, the product was acquired for resale rather than personal or professional use by the claimant, or the claimant cannot reasonably establish eligibility for warranty coverage.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Implied Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD DESCRIBED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits any implied warranty or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Limitation of Damages
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT FAILURE, INCLUDING LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF CLIENT APPOINTMENTS, LOSS OF ADHESIVE OR OTHER MATERIALS, OR OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSS.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
12. Your Legal Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this limited warranty excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
