OVORA Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of meetovora.com, the OVORA Warranty Center, how-to and FAQ pages, product-support resources, communications, and other online services operated by OVORA.
For purposes of these Terms, "OVORA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to VITELIER CO., LTD., operator of the OVORA brand.
By accessing or using the website or online services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website or online services.
1. Website Purpose
The OVORA website provides product information, warranty registration and status tools, how-to guides, FAQs, customer-support information, Amazon shopping links, and business or partnership contact information.
Information on the website is provided for product-support, educational, and general informational purposes.
2. Product Instructions and Safety
You are responsible for reading and following the printed User Manual and Quick Start Guide included in your Mixie package, along with all safety warnings, product specifications, and instructions applicable to your Mixie.
Website summaries, FAQs, videos, creator content, social-media content, or other abbreviated materials do not replace the full product instructions or safety information.
If online information appears inconsistent with the documentation supplied with your specific product, stop use where safety may be affected and contact OVORA Support for clarification.
3. Intended Use
Mixie is designed for compatible small-volume mixing applications within its specified operating limits. Do not use Mixie in any manner prohibited by the User Manual or safety instructions.
OVORA does not represent that every liquid, container, adhesive, pigment, cosmetic material, paint, ink, polish, or other substance is appropriate for vortex mixing. You are responsible for confirming that the container and material you use are suitable and safe for the intended application.
4. No Medical, Legal, or Other Professional Advice
Information provided through OVORA's website, FAQ, videos, creators, social media, customer support, or other communications is not medical advice, legal advice, chemical-safety advice, or a substitute for the instructions of the manufacturer of the material you are using.
Mixie is not represented as a medical device or diagnostic device. Always follow applicable professional standards and the instructions, warnings, storage requirements, and safety information provided by the manufacturer of any adhesive, pigment, polish, ink, paint, container, or other material.
5. Warranty Center and Serial Numbers
When using the Warranty Center, you agree to provide accurate information. You may not: submit a false, altered, duplicated, fabricated, stolen, or unauthorized serial number; register a product you are not reasonably entitled to register; impersonate another customer or falsify purchase records; interfere with another customer's warranty registration; attempt to circumvent eligibility, duplicate-registration, or fraud-prevention controls; scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the Warranty Center; or attempt to access personal information, registration records, or systems you are not authorized to access.
OVORA may suspend, correct, deactivate, transfer, or investigate registrations reasonably suspected of fraud, error, duplication, misuse, unauthorized activity, or product replacement.
6. Accuracy of Website Information
OVORA works to keep product and website information accurate and current. However, specifications, packaging, colors, product availability, documentation, website functions, and other information may change.
Typographical errors, technical errors, outdated information, or temporary service interruptions may occur. Where a statement depends on a particular product version, batch, test condition, or third-party material, the applicable product documentation and confirmed product information control.
7. Intellectual Property
The OVORA name, MIXIE name, logos, product graphics, website design, photographs, videos, illustrations, manuals, copy, downloadable materials, and other original brand content are owned by or licensed to OVORA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use OVORA materials only for personal, non-commercial use relating to your OVORA product unless OVORA expressly authorizes another use in writing.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, remove ownership notices from, create misleading derivative materials from, or commercially exploit OVORA content without authorization, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Nothing on the website grants any license to use OVORA trademarks, trade dress, branding, or other intellectual property except as expressly stated.
8. Creator and Third-Party Content
OVORA may feature content created by beauty professionals, educators, creators, customers, or other third parties. Techniques, opinions, materials, or results shown by third parties may reflect their own experience and do not constitute an OVORA guarantee applicable to every user.
Where a relationship is sponsored, gifted, paid, or otherwise requires disclosure, OVORA intends to make appropriate disclosures.
9. Third-Party Websites and Amazon
The OVORA website may contain links to Amazon, Instagram, Portaly, Google services, and other third-party websites or services. Those services are operated independently from OVORA.
OVORA is not responsible for third-party availability, content, privacy practices, terms, checkout systems, payment processing, pricing, shipping, or other third-party activities. Purchases made through Amazon are also subject to Amazon's applicable terms and policies.
10. Prohibited Use
You may not use the OVORA website or services to: violate applicable law or regulation; interfere with website operation, security, or availability; introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, or other disruptive technology; attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data; impersonate OVORA, another person, or another organization; submit fraudulent warranty claims or falsified product or purchase information; use OVORA trademarks, copyrighted materials, or brand assets in a misleading or unauthorized commercial manner; use automated methods to extract substantial website content without authorization; or engage in conduct that materially harms OVORA, its customers, service providers, or systems.
11. Website Availability and Disclaimer
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
OVORA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE, WARRANTY CENTER, LINKS, DIGITAL CONTENT, OR OTHER ONLINE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.
This website disclaimer does not replace, reduce, or eliminate any express written product warranty or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVORA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO USE OF THE WEBSITE OR ONLINE SERVICES.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses reasonably arising from your unlawful use of the website, fraudulent submissions, infringement of another party's rights, or material violation of these Terms.
This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from OVORA's own unlawful conduct or where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required by law, OVORA will provide additional notice. Changes do not retroactively eliminate rights that have already accrued under applicable law or an existing written warranty.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any provision that conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
