1. HOW CAN I GET A MORE THOROUGH MIX?
TIP: FLIP & VORTEX
Alternate cap-side up and cap-side down for a more thorough mix.
2. HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY, AND HOW DO I ACTIVATE IT?
Every eligible Mixie includes a 12-month Standard Warranty from your purchase date. No registration is needed. To extend your coverage to 2 years (the MIXIE 2-Year Extended Limited Warranty), go to the Warranty Center on this website, enter the serial number printed on the label at the bottom of your Mixie, and complete the registration form within 60 days of your purchase date. Your warranty period is counted from your purchase date, not from the day you register. Registrations submitted after 60 days, or for use outside the United States, are reviewed under our Warranty Terms. If your Mixie was a gift, ask the buyer for the Amazon order number and purchase date. You can return to the Warranty Center anytime to check your warranty status.
3. WILL MY BOTTLE FIT?
Mixie is designed for bottles up to 1.18 in (30 mm) in diameter and mixing volumes up to 1.7 fl oz (50 mL). Bottle shape, contact area, and fill level may also affect mixing performance.
4. WHAT CAN I MIX WITH MIXIE?
Mixie is designed for compatible small-volume liquids that may settle or separate, including lash adhesive, nail polish, nail blooming liquids, liquid foundation, PMU pigments, tattoo inks, color pigments, model paints, and more.
5. CAN MIXIE MIX THICK LIQUIDS?
Mixie works best with compatible small-volume liquids. Very thick, hardened, or heavily clumped materials may not mix effectively.
6. HOW DO I USE MIXIE?
Press the container onto the silicone top to mix. Lift it off to stop.
7. HOW LONG SHOULD I MIX LASH ADHESIVE?
Mixing time varies by adhesive formula, bottle condition, and how long it has been sitting. Follow your adhesive manufacturer's recommended prep instructions.
8. WHERE SHOULD I PLACE THE BOTTLE?
Hold the bottle securely against the silicone top. Adjust the contact point slightly until you see a stable vortex forming inside the bottle.
9. WHY ISN'T MY LIQUID MIXING WELL?
Bottle position, viscosity, fill level, bottle shape, and the condition of the liquid can all affect mixing. Reposition the bottle and try the Flip & Vortex method.
10. WHY DOES ONE BOTTLE MIX BETTER THAN ANOTHER?
Bottle shape, diameter, fill level, and liquid viscosity can all affect how the liquid responds to vortex motion.
11. DOES MIXIE MOVE DURING MIXING?
Mixie is designed to stay steady with a 2.2 lb weighted body, low center of gravity, 8-point stability support, vibration-damping design, and included non-slip mat.
12. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MIXIE STARTS MOVING?
Place Mixie on a flat, stable surface. Make sure the feet and non-slip mat are clean and dry, and avoid pressing down harder than necessary.
13. HOW LOUD IS MIXIE?
Mixie operates at ≤55 dB, comparable to the sound level of a sonic electric toothbrush.
14. HOW DO I CLEAN MIXIE?
Unplug Mixie first. Wipe the exterior with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not immerse the unit or pour liquid directly onto it.
15. DOES MIXIE REQUIRE MAINTENANCE?
The brushless DC motor does not require routine brush replacement. Keep Mixie clean and dry, and periodically check the power adapter and cable for damage.
16. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MIXIE DOESN'T TURN ON?
Make sure the power adapter is securely connected to both Mixie and the outlet. Reconnect the power and press the silicone top again. If it still doesn't operate, contact OVORA Support.
17. WHAT IF MIXIE SUDDENLY SOUNDS DIFFERENT?
Stop using Mixie if you notice unusual knocking, grinding, rattling, excessive vibration, or any sudden change in operation. Unplug the unit and contact OVORA Support.
18. IS MIXIE RECHARGEABLE?
No. Mixie is plug-in powered and includes a power adapter for 12 V DC operation.
19. DOES MIXIE SHAKE THE BOTTLE UP AND DOWN OR SPIN IT?
Neither. Mixie uses orbital vortex motion to move and mix the liquid inside the container.
20. CAN I MIX MORE THAN ONE BOTTLE AT A TIME?
No. Mixie is designed to mix one container at a time.
