OVORA Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 4, 2026 | Last Updated: October 5, 2026

OVORA respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how OVORA collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit meetovora.com, use the OVORA Warranty Center, register a product, contact support, sign up for marketing communications, or otherwise interact with OVORA.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "OVORA," "we," "us," and "our" refer to VITELIER CO., LTD., operator of the OVORA brand.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information: identification and contact information such as name, email address, and country; product and warranty information such as serial number, model, SKU, color, kit configuration, purchase date, Amazon order number, registration date, and warranty status; optional demographic information such as gender and date of birth, when you choose to provide it; use-profile information such as whether you use Mixie for lash, nail, tattoo, model/hobby, or other uses, and whether you use it professionally or personally; customer-support information including messages, issue descriptions, photographs, videos, troubleshooting details, and other information you provide when requesting support or warranty service; marketing preferences, including whether you affirmatively opt in to receive promotional communications; and technical and service information generated when you use our website or Warranty Center, such as timestamps, serial-number lookup results, browser or device information, IP address, and information reasonably necessary for security, diagnostics, or service operation.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to: operate and maintain meetovora.com and the OVORA Warranty Center; verify serial numbers, product configuration, purchase information, registration eligibility, and warranty status; administer the MIXIE Limited Warranty, including the Standard and Extended Warranties, and prevent duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized registrations; provide troubleshooting, customer support, warranty service, replacement handling, and related communications; maintain product, registration, service, quality, and fraud-prevention records; understand our customer base, including demographic and professional-use patterns, and improve product, marketing, education, customer experience, and future product development; send marketing communications when you have affirmatively opted in, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law; and comply with legal obligations and protect OVORA, our customers, and our services from fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.

3. Warranty Registration Data

Warranty registration requires information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and administer the warranty, including a valid Mixie serial number, name, email address, Amazon order number, purchase date, and country. Optional demographic and use-profile information may also be requested to help OVORA understand its customer base and improve products and communications.

Each serial number may have only one active warranty registration at a time. OVORA may correct, deactivate, transfer, or replace a registration where reasonably necessary to address returns, replacements, data-entry errors, ownership changes, fraud, or similar support circumstances.

4. Marketing Communications

If you affirmatively opt in to marketing communications, OVORA may send product information, education, launches, offers, surveys, or other brand updates. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the communication or by contacting OVORA.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent OVORA from sending non-promotional messages that are reasonably necessary to administer your warranty, respond to support requests, provide service notifications, or communicate about an existing transaction.

5. How We Share Information

OVORA does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information to: service providers that support website hosting, forms, warranty registration, data storage, email, customer support, analytics, security, or other business operations; technology providers used to operate the Warranty Center, including Google-based services and other third-party platforms used by OVORA; professional advisers, insurers, auditors, or other parties where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, compliance, risk-management, or business purposes; government authorities, courts, regulators, law-enforcement agencies, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; and a successor, buyer, investor, lender, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer involving all or part of OVORA's business or assets.

6. Amazon and Other Third-Party Services

The OVORA website may link to Amazon, Instagram, Portaly, Google services, and other third-party websites or services. Those services are operated independently and are governed by their own privacy policies and terms. OVORA may collect purchase information that you provide directly to us, such as an Amazon order number, for warranty verification and customer support. OVORA does not request or store your Amazon password or payment-card credentials.

7. Cookies and Similar Technologies

OVORA and the third-party platforms used to operate our website may use cookies, logs, or similar technologies for functionality, security, analytics, diagnostics, or service performance. Where legally required, we will provide appropriate notice or choices regarding non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including warranty administration, customer support, fraud prevention, product-quality records, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business recordkeeping.

Warranty, serial-number, registration, and service records may be retained after warranty expiration where reasonably necessary to document prior service, prevent fraudulent claims, support product-quality analysis, comply with law, or protect OVORA's legitimate interests.

9. Data Security

OVORA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no internet transmission, website, cloud service, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary support email.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to OVORA, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how personal information is used or disclosed; withdraw marketing consent; opt out of certain data uses where applicable; and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, if the law applies to OVORA or the relevant processing activity. These rights may include rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of certain sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment.

11. No Sale of Personal Information

12. Children's Privacy

OVORA products, website, and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. OVORA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

13. International Processing

OVORA serves customers in the United States but may operate systems, personnel, or service providers in other jurisdictions. Personal information may therefore be processed or stored in countries other than the country where you live, subject to applicable legal requirements and safeguards.
